A Note

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I've posted anything. The market has been crazy and I haven't had a breather since the beginning of May. The real estate market is still burning fierce in the Seattle area and I'm a witness to it everyday. Listings aren't lasting very long and there is definite frustration amongst buyers. It truly is a seller's market out there and buyer's are chomping at the bit trying to get a property for themselves.
