Here are today's average interest rates on a purchase transaction:

Conventional

30 year fixed conforming: 6.125%
15 year fixed conforming: 5.75%
30 year JUMBO: 6.25%
80/20 and interest only-call for pricing

FHA/VA

30 year fixed rate: 6%
